Terms of Service

1. Services & Care Plans

We provide website design, brand work, and an ongoing Care Plan (Seed, Branch, or Sanctuary) covering managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and a set number of change hours per month as listed for your tier.

2. Term & billing

• Care Plans run on a 6-month minimum, billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• After the minimum, the plan continues month to month until cancelled with 30 days notice.
• Build fees: 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due at launch.
• Work beyond your included monthly hours is billed at $125/hour, quoted before we begin.
• A referral that becomes a client earns you 50% off your build.

3. Ownership

On full payment, you own the final delivered website and brand assets created for you. Full ownership and source transfer to you after 12 months of continuous Care Plan service, or earlier by written arrangement. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide content, approvals, and access in good time so work can proceed.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Keep your billing details current; we may pause service for overdue accounts.

5. Liability

We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or uninterrupted, error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel after the 6-month minimum with 30 days written notice. On cancellation we will hand over your site and assets cleanly. Pre-paid fees for the current month are non-refundable.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your governing jurisdiction], and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
